Warning: we talk in detail about fibroids and the reason for the surgery. Please feel free to pass on this episode!
We talk about my symptoms leading up to the procedure, healthcare barriers, the surgery itself and the recovery so far. Overall, I'm really happy I finally agreed to the procedure. While the recovery has been difficult, I can honestly say it's worth it.
I forgot one thing I wanted to talk about - the accessibility aids I wish I purchased before the procedure (shower chair, handle to get in and out of the car, compression socks). If you have any questions, let me know!
Thank you for listening!

I’m glad your procedure and recovery went well! I apologize for talking about my health and a procedure I had, on my podcast. This seems to have negatively affected you personally. I wish I could hold your hand while I tell you this: you are embarrassing. Put more of yourself into your business, relationship and children. Life is too short to put forth the limited amount of time we have into negativity, such as this. I wish you and your family continued good health, happiness and success. XO

I appreciate you struggled with the surgery and potential complications; it is scary. However, having had my own full hysterectomy due to fibroids, dude it’s not like an amputation-level procedure. AND, for the love of God, it’s pronounced F👀broid, not FIBroid.
